About Fairhavens Estate Agents

After four exciting years trading under the name of Gill & Seldon, Ingrid Hanchett (co founder) along with her husband Mark, will be trading under their new name of Fairhavens Estate Agents.

Mark Hanchett was born in Birmingham and has lived with his family for approximately 20 years in the Plymouth area. Mark has a successful track record working in the sales and rental sectors. In 1990 Mark branched out and became self-employed restoring and renovating properties. On 12th December 2004 Mark & Ingrid were married in Plymouth.

Ingrid Seldon was born in Oxford and moved to Plymouth in 1979. Ingrid’s three children have been born and raised in Plymouth. In 1989 Ingrid joined Westbury Homes as a part time sales negotiator and was soon promoted to full time sales negotiator. With her successful sales record she was promoted again to assistant sales manager and in 1996 achieved the position of area sales manager. On August 1st 2002 Ingrid joined Cathie Gill to form the partnership of Gill & Seldon. After Cathie’s retirement Mark joined Ingrid in April 2006 and formed a new partnership under the name Fairhavens Estate Agents.
